除夕的祭拜食品

每逢除夕, 华人多半有祭拜先人的习惯。朋友说,要煮几碗他生前爱吃的食物来祭拜他,也算是华人的传统吧!老伴生前只爱吃pohpiah 和红糟面线,我就依了丫头的意愿,准备了这些食品来祭他。
忙了整个早上才煮成的popiah和红糟面线,烧鸭和鱼漂,北京酒家买的.

Ching,
过奖啦,那是我唯一的“拿手”煮食,忙了整个早上,结果汗流如雨般才“大功告成”。我不喜欢煮食是因为十指的皮肤超薄,只是却少许的菜,皮肤已破裂,就开始流血水。煮得那么吃力,吃不完倒掉岂不可惜?今年的没有倒掉,除了送你一点,也送一点给母亲,没有浪费!那是老伴的recipe呀,如果不好吃, 早都给他休了咯!哈哈!
